Payment and cancellation policies

Registration fees are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added at check-out. The non-member registration package includes one year of membership.

Fees are processed securely through PayPal using a PayPal account or your credit card. PayPal will send you an automatic email indicating that payment was successful. If you do not receive this email, your payment was unsuccessful, and we will have no record of your registration.

After the late registration deadline, no refunds for meeting registrations or banquet tickets (for non-attendees) will be given.

The registration fee includes one ticket for the awards banquet dinner as well as breakfast and lunch on July 8^th and July 9^th. Guests who haven’t registered for the conference must buy a $75 banquet ticket to attend the awards banquet dinner. On-site purchase of non-attendee banquet tickets is subject to availability.

Cancellations of meeting registrations are subject to a $50 processing fee. To cancel your annual meeting registration, contact the CAES-SCAE at contact@caes-scae.ca.

Guest tickets

Conference attendees are welcome to bring spouses, friends, and family to the Annual meeting. These attendees must buy guest tickets at the price of $100 per guest. Tickets entitle guests to attend the welcome reception, plenary sessions, and all concurrent sessions. Note that guests must purchase a separate banquet ticket to attend the banquet.
