AAFC Policy Brief Competition

Student Policy Brief Competition

***Calling ALL Students*** Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has decided to host another Student Policy Brief competition at this year’s 11th Annual Canadian Agri-Food Policy Conference. This competition will involve writing a policy briefing note providing content and advice to the Minister of AAFC on a specific policy issue. The content and template for the briefing note will be provided by December 21st, 2021.

Please submit your briefing note by Wednesday January 6th ,2021 2:00 p.m. EST, to Amy Antonini at amy.antonini@canada.ca.

In order to be eligible to win the competition, students must be registered and present virtually at the conference to receive the prize. The winners will be informed prior to the conference.

First Prize $300.00 plus 4 months paid contract at AAFC.

Second Prize $200.00 plus 4 months paid contract at AAFC.

*** Appel à TOUS les étudiants ***Agriculture et Agroalimentaire Canada (AAC) a décidé d’organiser un autre concours de rédaction de note pour les étudiants lors de la 11e conférence annuelle sur les politiques agricoles canadiennes. Ce concours comprendra la rédaction d’une note d’information dans le but de fournir au ministre d’AAC du contenu et des conseils sur une question de politique. Le contenu et le modèle de la note d’information seront fournis d’ici le 21 décembre 2021.

Veuillez soumettre votre note d’information au plus tard le 6 janvier 2021 à 14 h HNE à Amy Antonini à amy.antonini@canada.ca.

Pour être éligibles pour gagner le concours, les étudiants doivent être présents et enregistrés à la conférence pour recevoir le prix. Les gagnants seront informés avant la conférence.

Premier prix $300 plus un contrat de 4 mois à AAC

Deuxième prix $200 plus un contrat de 4 mois à AAC
