PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • Registration fees are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added at check-out. The Non-member registration package includes one year of membership.
  • Fees are processed securely through PayPal using a PayPal account or your credit card. PayPal will send you an automatic email indicating that payment was successful. If you do not receive this email, your payment was unsuccessful, and we will have no record of your registration.
  • After the “Advanced” Registration deadline, no refunds for meeting registrations or special event tickets will be given.
  • Registration fee includes ONE Conference Dinner Banquet Ticket.
  • Breakfast and lunch are not included but can be purchased as an add-on to your registration. The deadline to purchase breakfast and lunch tickets is June 26, 2023. If two lunches and two breakfasts are included on July 18 and 19, there will be an additional cost of approximately C$160 + applicable taxes and service charges.
  • Guest fees include the welcome reception, plenary sessions, and all concurrent sessions. Guest banquet tickets may be purchased during registration for $80 and will also be available for on-site purchase subject to availability.
  • There is limited capacity for the WEC Tour, and tickets will be available on a first come first serve basis.
  • Cancellations of meeting registrations are subject to a $50 processing fee.
  • To cancel your Annual Meeting registration and/or special event tickets, contact the CAES-SCAE at contact@caes-scae.ca.
