The registration fee includes access to all CAES and CEA events (sessions and lectures, excluding ticketed luncheons – see below), as well as the mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks, each offering light refreshments, and coffee breaks on May 30 and 31. Each room is equipped with a computer and screen for presentations.

*All prices are exclusive of sales tax will be added at time of purchase. The non-refundable processing fee for withdrawals will be $75.00
Note: Tax for in-person conference fees is based on applicable tax for Quebec, Canada (QST+HST 14.975%). Tax for online day is based on your place of residence.

The CAES Annual Meeting Program Committee invites you to participate in the 2025 Canadian Agricultural Economics Society (CAES/SCAÉ) Annual Meeting, to be held in conjunction with the 59th Annual Meeting of the Canadian Economics Association (CEA). The event will take place at the Department of Economics at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) from May 29th to May 31st, 2025. In addition to in-person paper sessions on May 30th and 31st, there will be a day of online sessions on Friday, May 23rd, 2025. CAES members attending the 2025 CAES/SCAÉ Annual Meeting are also welcome to attend any sessions offered by the CEA, including receptions.
