Oversee your team of Credit Managers as they navigate FCC credit risk policies through day-to-day, and complex lending situations. Give approvals and make intelligent decisions on some of FCC’s largest loans. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of professional-level Credit Managers by providing expertise, direction and a consistent vision
• Coach and develop new Credit Managers on your team, and collaborate with managers in Operations to help them coach their staff
• Act as a resource for on policy, financial concepts and credit risk issues
• Establish workload for your team and resolve conflicting priorities
• Provide credit adjudication

What you’ll need:

• Undergraduate degree in agricultural finance, business or commerce, supplemented by a professional accounting or risk management designation and at least seven years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
